GLORY Camp Theme Overview

Receiving glory in the form of honor, praise, admiration, or rewards will naturally happen throughout your athletic career. But it’s when you find yourself chasing glory that it becomes a problem. It puts you out of balance with God’s plan, which is to give Him all the glory for what He has done for you and through you.

We're taking coaches and athletes on a journey to go from seeking my glory to His glory and living out our lives in ways that bring and reflect all we do to the glory of God.

Chasing Glory

“Everyone who bears my name and is created for my glory.

I have formed them; indeed, I have made them.”

- Isaiah 43:7

Revealed Glory

“The Word became flesh and dwelt among us. We observed His glory, the glory as the one and only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.”
–John 1:14

Reflecting Glory

We all, with unveiled faces, are looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord and are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory; this is from the Lord who is the Spirit.

- 2 Corinthians 3:18

Lasting Glory

“For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be the glory forever. Amen.” - Romans 11:36

WHY LEADERSHIP CAMP?

It seems that everything rises and falls on leadership. More and more we are seeing young people step up and make a difference for Jesus Christ on their teams and campuses. They are often hungry to learn how to be a servant-leader and how to reach their peers. When student-athletes understand how to become spiritual leaders, a campus revolution occurs.This camp focuses on teaching practical skills and spiritual disciplines for Christian growth and biblical leadership, equipping students to lead for Jesus Christ on their campuses and in their communities.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

* Challenging leadership training that will equip you to serve others
* Air-conditioned housing and all meals
* Official 2025 FCA Camp T-shirt
* Official FCA Athlete's Bible (includes great discussion guides for use in your FCA huddle!)
* FCA The Core
WHO ARE THE CAMP STAFF?

Our staff has been carefully selected and consists of FCA staff, current collegiate and high school huddle coaches, and current and former college athletes. They bring years of coaching and performance experience to FCA Camps and serve as role models for campers both on and off the field of competition. Every camp is led by certified FCA staff that are committed to the youth of America.

Ron Bratton Scholarship

Ron Bratton loved serving the Lord through the Fellowship of Christian Athletes! For almost eleven years, Ron faithfully served the athletic community and students of Daviess County. Ron was involved in huddles, Fields of Faith, The Solid Rock Band, and other FCA activities. He could always be found supporting “his kids” in athletic and school events all over the county.

Ron loved the Southern Indiana FCA Leadership Camp. Camp gave Ron the opportunity to expand his impact on kids all over Southern Indiana. Ron’s positive attitude despite amputations left a lasting impression. He was never bitter. He was always better. The campers saw how Ron loved the Lord and how Ron genuinely cared for them. He never wavered in sharing Christ and wanted everyone to know Jesus as Savior.
Your gifts to the Ron Bratton Memorial Southern Indiana Camp Scholarship Fund will ensure financial support to students in need all over the region who want to attend camp. Thank you for building FCA leaders and future leaders for the church.
